Job Description
We are urgently hiring Career Counsellors.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and field sales activities to promote and sell BFSI courses and training programs.
- Handle recruitment activities for multiple companies and coordinate hiring requirements.
- Organize and manage employment camps and career counseling sessions.
- Onboard and manage new vendors, training partners, and recruitment partners.
- Maintain and manage candidate and client databases with accurate records and documentation.
- Handle sales calls, candidate counseling, and operational activities.
- Follow up with candidates and corporate clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals as per company policy.
- Ensure proper reporting, tracking, and updating of recruitment and sales data.
- Support business development and expansion activities as assigned by management.
- Maintain daily call records and reporting in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, counselling sessions, and conversions.
Eligibility
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 12th / Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
Must own a laptop or desktop with a good internet connection.
Two-Wheeler (Bike)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Location: Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Noida, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC Per Month + PF, ESIC + Best Incentives + TA + DA + International Tour Opportunity + Other Benefits (terms and conditions applicable)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
