Job Description
We are urgently hiring Career Counsellors to work from home.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident, have good communication skills, and are passionate about guiding others towards successful career paths.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with students and job seekers. Promote and explain BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) courses offered by partner universities. Handle recruitment coordination for different companies and banks as per client requirements. Call potential candidates from the provided database and guide them about available job opportunities or professional courses.
Maintain daily call records and reporting in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, counselling sessions, and conversions.
Eligibility
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 12th / Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
Spoken English proficiency is mandatory.
Must own a laptop or desktop with a good internet connection.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Location: Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Noida (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Best Incentives + Other Benefits (terms and conditions applicable)
Work Schedule
🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
